Ordering
We make ordering your custom cupcakes and cakes easy. Every order is baked fresh, without your and your guests’ allergens, and tailored to your needs.
How to Order
Submit Your Request - Use our online order form below, or email us at SonflourGoods@gmail.com. At minimum, we need to know the date of your event, item(s) you’d like to order, food allergies we need to accommodate, and design ideas or themes you are interested in exploring. While inspirational photos can be helpful at times, please note that we will not copy another baker’s artistic vision.
Review & Confirm - We’ll respond within 2 business days to confirm availability, discuss details, and provide a quote.
Payment - A deposit of 50% is due at the time of your booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your pickup window. We make payment easy via invoice and Square Online Checkout.
Lead Times
Smaller orders (i.e., 3 dozen cupcakes or less, smash cakes): At least 2 weeks’ notice is recommended, although we are often able to accommodate clients with ~1 week’s notice, especially as we are establishing our business.
Larger orders or highly customized requests (i.e., more than 3 dozen cupcakes, petite or small-ish cakes, intricate design requests): A minimum of 3 weeks notice is required, longer lead time preferred.
During major holiday (November & December) and graduation (May & June) seasons, we anticipate filling up quickly - you can never book too early!
Pick Up Details
Orders are available for pickup in Stone Mountain, GA. We’ll coordinate a pickup time that works for you and provide safe transport tips to keep your treats perfect until party time.
If pickup is not a possibility for you, please let us know when you first contact us. In keeping with our values, we want to make our goods as accessible as possible to all customers, so we will work with you to arrange delivery options. Deliveries will incur a fee.
